About A Kat’s Meow Ltd
A Kat’s Meow Ltd. is the parent corporation for Your HOA Manager and A Vantage Properties. We provide Homeowner Association (HOA) management and consulting services throughout the South Denver Metro Area as well as limited Property Management, Leasing, and Consulting services in these areas.
With this web site we hope to provide information to assist you with your Homeowner Association questions from the perspective of an HOA Manager working within the industry from experiences, classes we take, and articles that we read. If you have specific questions in regards to your association or legal questions, we recommend speaking to legal council or to your HOA Board and management company. Specific questions can also be answered by becoming familiar with your community’s governing documents, policies, and rules.
In regards to Property Management services, we are very selective in adding of any new properties to our management inventory. We would be happy to discuss our consulting and marketing strategy services with you though if you are interested in self management.
